For more than 3 decades Jean Lambert has a proven track record of success in financial services.

Jean started as a financial analyst at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in 1977. This first experience developed his advanced analytical skills, his ROI measurements competencies as well as his sharp sense for details. From 1980 to 1987, he was manager of Soutirages Luxembourgeoises SA, the licensed bottler of the Coca-Cola Company in Luxembourg. As a goal-driven manager, Jean created a productive quality focused climate and coached his team to meet highest performance standards.

In 1987, Jean went back to finance and joined the Trust Department of the Banque Générale du Luxembourg, a department which provides consulting, corporate and trust services in relation with estate, financial and tax planning issues for private and institutional clients of the bank. Jean was instrumental in developing this department offering Global Wealth Structuring and Estate Planning models. Jean became Head of the Trust Department in 1992. In 1995, Jean took over the function of Head of the Department in charge of High Net Worth Individuals within the Private Banking Division of the Bank. Based on his strong track record, Jean was appointed member of the investment Policy Committee of the Private Banking Division.

Being entrepreneurial and pro-active, with a concrete ability to identify and develop opportunities, Jean established Carey SA in 2007, a Luxembourg company active in financial services and employing 16 professionals. CAREY SA is part of the CAREY GROUP which constitutes of a series of financial services boutiques established in the financial centers of Cyprus, Guernsey, Geneva, Luxembourg, Monaco and Zurich. Jean was the Chief Executive Director of CAREY SA from its inception to 2012 when he was appointed to the Board of Directors.

As an Independent Non-Executive Director, Jean is leveraging more than 30 years of financial experience.

Jean is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and of Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).

Jean holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master in Economics from University of Nancy, France.

Jean speaks French, English, German, Italian and Luxembourgish.

Jean is of Luxembourg nationality. He was born on May 2nd, 1952.
